By purchasing the plugin you automatically agree to all the terms on this page, so read carefully.

📃 Terms of Service

• This is a digital product, so there is no refund available since after purchase you have immediate access to the product and may have used it.

• There is no guarantee that the plugin will continue to support older versions of Minecraft in future updates.

• The plugin is initially designed for Spigot. If you experience problems while using it and your server is running on a fork of Spigot (such as Paper), you can request support, but there is no guarantee that the problem will be resolved as it is possibly beyond our control.

• You do not have permission to redistribute the plugin, its code, or parts of it. You also cannot claim it as your property.

🆘 Support guidelines

Please read the following terms before asking for support:

• Support is only available on my Discord server.

• Before requesting support for USM you must verify your purchase on my Discord server. To do this, send in the appropriate channel a screenshot, in which the following information should be clearly visible:

  • The SpigotMC/Polymart page for the plugin, with the "Download" (not "Buy") button in view.

  • Your SpigotMC/Polymart username visible.

  • The current date and time.

• Once you open the support request, in case it is a problem with the plugin please provide the following information:

  • The server software currently in use (e.g. Spigot, Paper, Purpur, etc.).

  • The version of the server and USM.

  • A detailed description of the problem encountered.

• We ask for patience in receiving a response; normally this is given within 24 hours, however there may be a delay due to different time zones.
